Front bumper paint estimates

I went to a shop that is painting my SP Grill and asked for an estimate on prepping and painting a KurumaZ front bumper and they quoted me $550. Is that average price for a good paint job?

That's way too much, IMO. My bodyshop only charged me $200 for prep and paint. KurumaZ's fitment is very good so it should only be straight prepping and paint without any fitment work. $550 is way too much for that.

Damn that was a fast reply!

Thanks for the feedback though I'll have to shop around some more.

Had a shop here in Orlando paint my oem bumper for $200.

Ryan/98Intrique, a fellow FGC member, has the same bumper as your and is getting it painted/prepped for $250 here.

Definately test fit your kuruma bumper to check if any shaving/sanding needs to be done to any of the edges/parts of the bumper.
