03 Sedan lower air dam

While I had the car up on jacks today changing the oil, I noticed that the front air dam was cut off flush with the body part that rolls under from the front bumper and meets the under-engine plastic guard.

Does anyone have one of these for sale? Maybe someone took it off to install an aftermarket front bumper?
