Someone Left a Large Dent on My Car!

Hey guys found this 5 inch dent on my rear quarter panel today. Can anyone tell if this can be fixed by paintless dent removal so that it looks normal again? The dent makes the car look so bad

I've seen paintless dent guys fix huge dents on the front of hoods and on corners. I am sure there are guys who can, just make sure to find a really good one.

That's just jacked up. People like that need to have all their fingernails pulled out one by one.

wtf! that's why I hate parking next to cars.

It looks like it shouldnt be too bad to fix because of the location. I've had worse corrected on my previous car. Just make sure you take it to a reputable place, and also see if they have a policy where they will not charge you if they can't repair it because the place I went to did.

bad news...i just talked to a guy who specializes in dents and dings and he said that location was one of the worst spots possible because of the lines of the car .....Has anyone ever had any work done on that section of the car???

I can't stand people who do stuff like that. I feel your pain bro. Now I park so far away from everybody so stuff like that does not happen. Good luck on getting it fixed.

Hey Man sorry to see that. I've fixed a dent on my Altima with the ding king thing at the same location but there was no crease. Your's seem to have a crease. Wish I could have been more helpful.

Yup. If the dent goes across the crease, it will be impossible to fix 100%. At least that's my understanding

Reason why PDR won't work in that particular area is due to that bend or design going around the wheel well on the fender. That's probably the second worse place for dents. The first would be located on the upper portion, same height as the handle, where the bend or design is located. Your PDR tech can attempt but no guaranty, which I know forsure won't come out perfect. So either let him do it for avg $75 or take it to the body shop. Sorry to hear man. Looks like a shopping cart hit you.

I guess my dent is the the number one worst location then. yea, neither are PDR canidates, its gonna be a least 8-900 in body work. that what my quote was!!
