Scratched front lip

Aghhh, I was trying to get out of a parking garage without damage when I misjudged a curb. Scratched the front side (about 2"X3") area on my Diamond Graphite coupe. Can I buff and touch up? Scratches are white under the paint and pretty rough.

2x3" on the bottom aint that bad...don't think buffing would help, especially on plastic. I'd go as far as to scratch the excess crap hanging off and touch up paint it.
