Quick question: Are the front bumper covers prepainted?

Quick question: Are the front bumper covers prepainted?
I can get a really good deal on a replacement front bumper (its DG BTW). Provided that the bodyshop is able to sand & prep the bumper prior to painting, do I have anything to worry about? Thanks!
