Well i just got some bad news from my shop and the car probly wont be ready for body work for a long time now. Im really bumbed and this could have come at a worse time. Ive considerd giving up on this project b/c it is no longer any fun. It has been nothing but headaches, setbacks, and is starting to cost way too much for not even running yet.

Car has been down for more then a year and has over $100k total invested including the car doesnt even run yet. I hope i get some good news soon b/c im at the end It seems like everything is going great then something happens and no finish seems to be in sight.

huh, $100k?

DAMN!!! But you've gotten to the point where if you don't complete it, everything up to now has been a waste of not only money, but time.

I completely understand where u are coming from. no one treats your car better than you do. all these shops, body shop, performance shop, will take their time cause it isn't their car.

frustration starts to build and the littlelest thing will set you off. Lots of worrying wondering if things will turn out good.

but hang in there...the end result will be worth it.

More time to select just the right color. I am not a fan of reds, but a nice dark very deep red with small gold pearl flakes would look kick **** and be completely different!

Hang in there!

Its taken so long not much is original anymore lol. Other people have done it now.

Still not any real good news yet. If nothing good in the next couple weeks ill be doing the rest of the mechanical work myself and then taking it in to get the vpro tuned and body work done at the correct places.

Still havent really decided lol. I had my painter paint some test panels for me and the pearl white will not work with the wheels i have so if i went that route i would have to refinish my wheels. I still like black too I just keep going back and forth.

I still have time to decide b/c yet again i have delays with the engine. Stuff is still out being ceramic coated and my fuel cell hasnt arrived yet either.

These wheels are the same color as mine just in a different light.

How about Porsche's Mexico blue with a black roof. Along with your wheels with a black center and matching Blue lips.
