Installed DS spoiler + Impul(se) rear bumper. Pics inside...

Finally got around to having my Data Systems and Impul replica rear bumper painted and installed. I was never happy with how the rear of the car looked, big a$$ and flat ironing board. Even tho the change is very subtle I think it looks alot better. As you can see there is a very noticeable downcurve where the trunk meets the bumper in the middle. What can I do about this? Its really annoying me. I was thinking of cutting some metal sheet there or have something cover it.

Before

^ After

and from another angle

If anyone knows what I can do about the opening between the trunk and bumper let me know. thx

All the replica impul rear bumpers are like that. The one i had on my TB coupe was the same way. It totally annoyed the crap out of me which is why i got rid of it

Yea it does. I gotta find out what I can do about that. Get this fixed and my exterior mods should be done sans rims.
