Mold the Center Piece in OEM Front Bumper?

I have a Coupe and in the stock front bumper there is a center tab that pops out for a tow hook. I need to get the bumper painted, so I was wondering if I should mold that center peice so the bumper is all one piece and flat in the middle. What do you guys think?

you would then need to remove your entire front bumper if you needed to use the tow hook. if that's ok with you, then go for it

i say no. its not THAT bad. yes, it looks better without the tow hook cover..but what if you need to use it? main reason i am keeping it is for if/when i get a ticket for no license plate i can use the tow hook adapter..

i say keep it

I'm in Texas, which requires a front plate, so the tow-hook is used for my Stillen LP mount. I've got the NISMO, but with the front plate on you never notice what's behind it.
