Hey guys, I am searching for a good body shop to get my front hood and bumper repainted due to stone chips. Therefore, I want to get a top quality paint job from a body shop that can provide great workmanship. I don't know much when it comes to repainting so I would like to be somewhat educated on the subject before I decide who to chose. If I ask the right questions, then I will know whether the work performed is good. I want to avoid places where they cut corners such as not removing the bumper/hood prior to repainting to save on time. Or they might use low grade primers/paints and clearcoats to save a few bucks. Basically, I want to job to be done properly. Otherwise, I won't do it at all. Does anyone know what I should be looking for and what I should be asking the repair guys so that I don't end up getting poor quality at a premium price? thanks
