that's a rear fog light. It is very bright so you don't get rear ended during a heavy fog. I was stationed in Europe, and alot of cars have that extra light in the rear. Some were built into the taillights. My 88 VW GTI had them in the lense.

Might be a rear fog.. I know some foreign countries require a fog light in the rear (good example are the older dc2 type R's with integrated fog light in the corner of the rear bumper)

I like it better then "Ruskoe Radio" from Moscow because there is more variety of music on "SWH PLUS"
