Might be a rear fog.. I know some foreign countries require a fog light in the rear (good example are the older dc2 type R's with integrated fog light in the corner of the rear bumper)

it is mainly russian, do you know russian, or maybe you are russian??
to answer the question with all the taxes and other stuff it settles down to 30000euros or in dollars it would be something around 40500 USD
