Tint.......right coast or left coast?

I don't know what the prices run in NY but here in
Ca. you can get the same job (3M) for $150. Maybe
you should shop around, or pick up the phone and
shop by telephone. LOL

Yeah I'm from socal going to school in NY. Tint prices are deffinately higher over here. I have no idea why. Maybe cause demand is low. I'm getting $150 and that is through a hookup.

Just make sure to ask them if they can get the tint to stick to the matrix. Tinters have various ways to get it to stick from adhesive to sanding of the dots. If you are going to pay that much for tint, make sure they guarantee that the matrix will be perfect. I only paid $135 and my tinter got it almost perfect. It was actually all stuck when I picked it up, but a few spots on the rear matrix lifted, but its hardly noticeable. A whole ring around the matrix will be noticeable however so make sure they have a way to get the matrix to stick.

yea ive actually seen cars with vinyl and indeed it does look horrible. thanks for the advice
