Is it normal that there're cracks under the paint on my Kenstyle rear bumper?

do you have a pic of this that you can send me? i'd like to show it to kenstyle. that is very odd, unless you think it was caused by some kind of abnormal force or pressure.
Here's the picture of the crack. I didn't care much to fix it since it's not very noticeable.

price shouldn't be an issue at all. race teams use frp and they are working on budgets that wouldn't need to cut corners on body parts since aerodynamics are a huge factor in series with engine/mod restrictions.
