Installing aftermarket front bumpers

Hey guys, I have the TS urethane bumper from Automotive mods... I'm having a tough time getting slack to pull the bumper from the driver side to the passenger side... I bolting things up as I went along though which is what I think is the problem.

Is there any advice on making my life easier? I know the fitment fits, it's just that I think my methodology is off...

Should I remove the headlights so I get more slack from the fenders? ANY ADVICE on easing my bumper install would be appreciated!

p.S should I remove the plastic bumper guard at the bottom? (you know the one that always scrapes)

start with the grill area first (the top middle of the bumper) and drill a hole or two and put those plastic clips to hold it in place. make sure you it fits right and from there it should be pretty easy.

Also the plastice you should leave under there. drill holes under the bumper and just zip tie it on. or drill hole in the exact location and just use the bolts you took off.

That's what i did with mine. Fits nicely. ....now i need to get it painted.

I just test fitted mines and it was a pain in the ***. I too started in the middle and worked my way to the sides(easy part). Sides needed a lot of fixing up to fit (the painful part). Some sections were too thick that needed to be shaved down(from the inside of the bumper) Spent about a good 3 hours doing it. Mines in the shop now getting painted
