You did a really good job, but I like the way the "flat" part in between is. It makes a nice contrast and makes the mirror stand out more. However yours flows better. I can't decide if I like it better or not, but awesome job.

Thumbs up

nice! good job!

I want to repaint mine too. Since the mirrors don't have the clearcoat I have to keep the wax on or they get cloudy. I want to keep the bracket black, I'll probably paint it a gloss black and then clearcoat both the bracket and my newly painted mirror. Thanks for the color code.

thats the reason i painted the mirrors they keep getting like a cloudy look as if the clear was gone i was only gonna reclear it but i was like what the heck im gonna go this far i might as well paint the black if it didnt look good i was gonna paint the other part black again but i liked it. i paid less than 50 to do it myself, well thats not including my paint gun and compressor. i never painted anything really before this was my first. i had to paint the mirror 2 times becuase the first time i didnt apply the clear coat right and it had alot of orange peel but when i found out the right way of doing it it came out good.
now i want to find more stuff to paint maybe my nephew next.
Got Better pics this is the real color
