Hey guys I bought the urethane nismo bumper from automotivemods and I have to say I got stuck with one crappy *** bumper. The fitment is horrible. The sides are too short so they do not align with the fenders at all. There is a big gap underneath the headlights and the sidemarkers do not sit flush with the bumper at all. They told me it was probably my bodyshop doing a bad job but cmon. My friend's bodyshop has been in business for a long time. They are into the jdm modification scene and have lots of experience with bodykits. I know they would of done everything possible within the budget to get it to look perfect but there was nothing they can do especially since its urethane and not fiberglass. At the vendor's request, I even took it to another shop and after they took it apart and tried several ways to fit it they couldnt make it fit either. The bumper itself is bad and the sides are too short. if you look at the pics you can see this. Now, I am not here to bash anyone. I know others who ordered from them and got a good fitting bumper but unfortunately not in my case. I know I could of returned it so that is my fault there but I just want to let others know that test fitting this bumper is a MUST and do not assume it is always perfect fitment like some may claim.





Again, im only posting this to let other members know that if you buy something from these guys you must do a test fitment first!!!! because if it doesnt fit right then you can send it back and get your refund. but if you dont then you could end up like me

This incident does occur every so often, but, we do ask that our customers test fit the bumper before it is prepped, painted, and installed. As you can tell by the pictures attached below, the issue that occurred on “abcdefgggggg” bumper did not occur on any of those below.
