definately looks more like data.. the nismo "lip" doesnt even extend outward that much like yours.. its hard to compare tho because the nismo is flush with the bumper (since it is part of the bumper) but at the bottom it does flare out a little bit.. but nothing like the one in your picture.

could be the angle tho maybe if u had a sideshot it'll be easier to tell

If you actually made the lip from the Nismo bumper then I'd be in. That is DEFINITELY NOT the Nismo intergated spoiler. This is what you should be speaking of:

Wide body custom project I'm working on. I was going to do the same thing and create a copy of the lip so I can widen it. If someone else is already doing it it will save me alot of time.

apparently it was the data systems lip although it was labeled as type-N by the distributor. The pics of the lip on the car are coming soon.

 

but...there is no nismo lip coming, right?
