I am going to get an overlay from him soon and I was kinda disappointed that I couldnt use pay pal. Is there a reason for this?

I emailed him about ordering one and he sent back a message saying a money order/check/cash had to be mailed to his address with the return printed clearly.

I would much rather paypal than send cash or money order. Maybe I read it wrong.

I accept direct paypal funds. Not though a credit card or debit card. I only have a personal account not a premiere one. Reason being is I had a dispute with paypal a while back when I had a premiere account. It was really never resolved, so I went to a personal account.
