are they the same. would a spring for a sedan fit the coupe?

 

No, they are not the same. The coupe springs are lower, plus depending on year and whether or not each has the sports package the spring rates could be different.

As to wether or not they fit, I would guess sedan springs would fit on a coupe. It would just look like a 4X4. I know coupe springs fit sedans because I have them on the rear of mine.

 

they would be aftermarket springs not the OEM one but i wanted to be sure that the fitment would b the same. spring rate is different, from the manufacturers spec sheets.
