Im looking into getting tints, yes ive searched for pictures but nothing really definitive.

The legal limit in Ct is 35%, so either way im going to be breaking the law. I have a Caribbean Blue Coupe, what are your guys opinions on tint, between 5% and 20%

If you can throw some pictures up, so i can compare.

I dont have any pictures at the moment but id go with 20% because its very dark but it still allows you to have SOME visibility at night while as 5% gives you none.

 

I have 5% all around and 20% on the windshield it is very dark at night

Im trying to get the best combination for looks, and still try and stay under the radar.

Where i live the cops wont mess with me, but i have a feeling where i work the cops might although they all stop in my job.

 

i have a CB and have been kickin around the option of 20 or 35. I don't want to look like a teenager(24) going to dark. But i don't want too light. I think the 35 from angles will give the car the look like it's tinted nicely but a head on day time shot will look really light. But at night prob dark.

I am leaning towards 20% and figure i will like the cars looks from the outside. I did want people to see me inside the car, but oh well it's not like anything good happens when people see you in the car.....

My friends have 35%, and i dont think its dark at all. I just dont want to get the 20% and be unhappy with it and pay more money to get it re-done

get 20% i have 20% on my back windows and 35% of my front 2 and the 35 is wayyy too light... during the day time its just like stock without tints.. so i am redoing my front 2 hopefully this weekend

good luck driving at night with 5% all around. 20% can go both ways..sometimes it's pretty dark, sometimes feels like it's 35%.

i'd say 15% all around.

 

Just got my windows tinted this last weekend on my coupe. 20% all around. It looks great too me. I couldn't imagine going 5%.
