I think Bat's GTR style overlays in 6/10ths tint would look really good and be a compromise between the two extremes.

Also...looking at your first pic... I think Bat's 6/10 smoked overlays would match your carbon fiber trunk better.

^^Now that's the hottest. I like smoked better with your setup. It looks horrible to me now, too many different colors. Whatever tickles your pickle man.

2 many diff colors...u guys are forgetting to have a color scheme, u dont have to make ur tailights the same color, i just did it to be gangster but it took away the cf affect, plus i didnt want cops to hassle me anymore. i did this for several other reasons too such as.now i can get time attacks, and a bbk, the red will go nicely with the rest of the car, if anything i will get the lightest smoke available, just to not make it so bright, but thats all.

i do miss my smoked tails, because honestly at night they look better than any taillight setup i have seen for the g, besides the top secret one, but during the day, its just not worth getting pulled over twice in one day on my way home. maybe in the future i will get the 06 ones and do the gtr overlay, but other than that, im goin to rock these for now.

as always my car looks better in person, shes not very photogenic lol.

i think the red might look better now because there is some type of contrast as opposed to the carbon fiber trunk and the black tailights. Now you can see some type of contrast between the two, very nice

looks one billion times better just the way you had it. maybe gtr smokes wouldnt look bad though

 

nice car bro! i like the look of smoked tails on your car, to visually match your color scheme. i'd go with the gtr versions since i myself have gotten pulled over and am considering this option as an alternative.
