Gialla grill installation question.

Just got the stuff I ordered 3 months ago. Question for anyone that has a Gialla grill.

Were you able to remove the center brace and not have fitment problems? Do you do anything special to prevent sag? Instructions make no mention of the brace.

I just don't recall seeing the brace in the pictures I have seen of cars having the grill.

all gialla grilles have that center support bar.

some old sp grilles didnt.

the new ionic grille can be ordered without it.

according to ionic, removing that support bar will not affect anything.

just slap on some 3m tape for peace of mind if youd like.

btw, you probably dont see that bar in pics because it's suppose to be painted black...it's not meant to be seen.

Thanks. It is painted black so maybe it won't show too bad. If it does, it only has 2 pop rivits top and bottom. I'll pull them out and use tape.

Instructions are in Japanese so they are no help. Same with rear spoiler and Impul sides.

Yea, got grill, rear deck spoiler and sides. Already had the lip spoiler and rear splash guards.

Snowing here, so I'll have to wait to get it to the body shop. Way the weather has been, I may have the wheels before I get the body stuff on.

I'll post some tomorrow. It's at my office where I had it delivered. Snowing so hard I didn't want the boxes to get wet in the back of my truck.

Check out this ride with the rear spoiler.
