i have been searching for a clean aftermarket front lip for my 6mt 06 coupe... But as far as i have found out there is only one available for over $300 unpainted while the older year lips sell for slightly over $100. Im not planning to spend $300+ on it so if anyone has info for a more realistically priced 06 front lip please post a response.

youre out of luck because the only lip made for the 06+ sport bumper is the data systems style replica that has been modified to fit. other than that lip, aftermarket bumpers are your only other option thus far.

 

I saw someone selling a K1 front lip on ebay but again they want upwards of $400 for it incl. shipping. I tried searching for the data systems lip but was only able to find their 03-05 models. Hero, do you have a site for that lip by any chance? and if anyone else has any info a link would be very helpful. thanks for the quick replies!

as far as the data lip for the 06 sport bumper, you can PM member KLUMZYEE (a site sponsor) and he will give it to you for the best price.

however, extremedimensions.com also sells it..

well the guy has it listed as a "k1" lip sry for the confusion. ill probably be contacting Klumzee soon depending on whether i decide to set up the lip and lower the car or just one of the two.

 

replica sellers are always renaming their products...why? no idea..stupid, imo.

anyway, i think you should lower it first.

 

there isnt really a name for it.. just call it the 06 data lip and it does go out to quite a few vendors o.o
