Nope, it's not worth it. It will cost you more to complete the 06 projector changeover. Buy some perforfmance mods for better returns such as plenum, intake, exhaust...

I would say 06 projectors are worth every penny, now that I've driven with them I don't think I can go back to anything else!

Just to clarify, I, too, upgraded my 03 coupe with 06 projectors and love it - major differences in look and performance, and I would never go back.

However, you're paying 400 bucks only without bulbs and ballast - too much for an incomplete kit. In this case, it's not worth it. Just save some more money and buy a complete projector kit. Or like Glex25 said, offer less. That's what I meant to say with too few words.

The 06 uses the same ballast as the 03-05 headlights.
I have one 03 headlight in great condition so i can use the part from that to complete the 1 06 headlight.
I have another 06 headlight with the tabs all broken off i can use the hardware from that to complete the other 06 headlight.

I find that it would greatly benefit me since apart for paying for those housing I really don't have to take anything else out of pocket

They are definately worh it! Especially if you go with the Philips "Ultinon" 6000k bulbs. They are a world of difference!

I think it's worth it. I mean, you can take the ballasts off of your current HIDs and use those. Then go on ebay and get D2S bulbs for $80 a pair. And then get the rest of the bulbs for what, $40? That's $520 for a complete set. Hell, if you don't want it, then let me know and I'll buy them, complete the kit, and sell it back to someone else for $700.

how are the ultinons going to make the projectors any better? They are a cosmetic mod, and decrease light output

this is true. but i got them anyway because to me..the stock bulbs just look like really bright halogen bulbs on any other car (in terms of color).
