adjusting stock fogs

I just replaced my fog lights with a HID kit, but the focal point seems to be off. The aim of the fog light is now slightly higher then the headlights. I want to lower it back down so it's shining slightly below the headlights. I know there is an adjustment **** for the headlights but it does not affect the fogs. It's a 04' coupe btw.

it should..

behind each headlight housing, there should be two 8mm bolts. one on top for the HID and one on the bottom for the fogs. theyre hard to find and even harder to reach, imo. but once you find what i'm talking about, grab an 8mm and start turning to adjust.

I tried looking in the service manual and it only mentions the low beams not the fogs. I also looked while the fender liner was off to install the balast/bubls and did not see anything that looked like an adjustment screw. Would you happen to have a pic of where it is?
