how long to wait for clearbra on freshly painted bumper?

i'm getting conflicting information. my body shop said 3 days. the insurance adjuster said i should wait a month or the clearbra will look cloudy. i'd rather wait than rush it, but if the adjuster's telling me some BS, why wait? the clearbra either has to be put on before march 14 or after april 12 (shop's closing while the familiy takes a vacation).

let me know your experiences/advice. thanks!

30 days minimum for the paint to cure
or when you decide to take it off
Paint will come off

If you can not drive it for 30 days its best. Check for swirl marks before you apply it.

the longer, the better. I would personally do 90 days.
