I am sending my housings out to be painted and cant figure out how to seperate them from the mirrors???? Here is where im at:

 

You'll need to separate the wires from the molex plug. The only way to do this is using a needle/pin to push them out. I'd take a pic of it before removing the wires so you know how to rewire it afterwards. The process is fairly simple.

 

gotcha...how do i go about pushing them back in tho?
