Swaping back my.................

If, I had your G I'd leave the grillen alone. But the one change I'd make is
to have the hood, grille and lip painted the same color as the car...uniformity
is very cool....hodgepodge isn't! Having the lip a darker color doesn't make
your G look lower but painting it the color of your G would......but it's your
car........

Carbon fiber was designed to save weight not for the "Look what I have" on
my car bragging rights. Racecar bodies are made of C/F and they get painted
before they leave the shop.......it's his car, if he wants to drive a patchwork
quilt it still his car!

if i were to paint anything it would be the edge of the hood between the headlights and the grill, much cleaner IMO

Thats mostly only true for dry carbon pieces, most carbon pieces made for the aftermarket are wet laid, and thus don't really offer any weight advantage versus stock, so they are purely aesthetic

agreed.. personally, i would not choose different color for lip, grille and hood. I would paint them the same color as the car. C/F roof is the only one i like not to be painted. but every ppl has different taste and style. It's your choice. imo. g/L with your choice.

I'd rather rock a perfect fitting stock grill than that CF grill with gap problems. Just paint your stock grill black and it will fit it perfect. I'm not a fan of the CF front lip because it makes the rest of the body look not aligned correctly so the front looks higher than the rear. Maybe consider painting half of the lip and just leaving some of the CF for accents

I agree with Gary c. The carbon hood, and mayb grill can stay like that, but you should think about painting the lip. Doesnt look right.

I think change the color of the lip to match the car, much better imo.
