Front Overlay Removal

Does anyone know a shop in LA or any tips that can help me remove this damn thing? Ive tried everything and it still doesnt come off. Im hoping that the overlay hasnt been baked into the lights.

try heating it up with a hair dryer and peeling it off slowly?

I took off mine the other day cause I am getting darker one.. And I just heated with hair dryer and slowly peeled em off..
