need help with my headlight guys..

Hey everyone, Im not sure if im using the right terms but ill try.

I have an 04 Coupe fully loaded with bi-xenon? lights..

My left headlight isnt working. basically, the top part doesnt come on but the bottom one(fog) comes on...This happens in the left(driver) side of the car...

Before, it would ocassionally not work for a day or two but it would come back on, now its been longer and it doesnt look like its gonna come back...

I wonder why its doing this?? what do you guys think?

Thank you so much in advance

Yes they are still HID, so it could be the bulbs or the ballast. Easiest way to check is to take the HID bulb out of the working headlight, and swap it over to the broken headlight to see if it comes on, if not, then its likely the ballast. swap the "broken" bulb over to the good headlight side and see if it works in that headlight to determine if its the ballast.

if you haven't tampered with the lighting system and the car is under warranty, might want to check with your dealer for a freebie first. if they want you to cough up the doe, then you can start testing the working bulb onto the nonworking headlight.
