Its an upgrade OEM part from cadillac. Its an option when you order the car. They come with the v-series standard im pretty sure.

Fo sho. The frame is way too thick, not sporty at all. That grille came out for the FX a few months ago, most hate it. It looks kind of ok on a black FX with chrome wheels but that's about it.
