Is this piece replaceable on the rear bumper?

There's a rather large scuff on it, and rather than trying to get it repaired, I thought maybe I can just replace it with a new one? It looks removable enough, but wondering if it's part of the entire rear bumper or is it a splash guard piece that can be replaced?

You can make out the scuff somewhat in the photo, close to the tire, on the bottom.

Thanks

Chris

Awesome. Is this a piece that's okay to buy from the dealer? I know there are some forum sponsers, but not too familiar with them all. Yes, my name is chris, and I am still a noob

They come as a pair. Don't know if you can just get the right side from the dealer.
