Review - Rain X Latitude Wiper Blades

I decided to try out the new Rain X latitude wiper blades which are suppose to be really good and clear your windshield like no other. i grabbed me a pair from work (i'm a volvo tech but grabbed these from the parts dept) and swapped out my old worn out ones on my g35.
it was drizzling so i decided to try it out and see how good they were. got in the car and pushed up on the wiper switch to activate the wipers. well to my suprise..it didnt all clear. the driverside blade would not clear towards the middle of the blade, but the outter edge and passenger side was fine.
i thought i had a defective blade so i grabbed another but same thing happened. i was kind of pissed b/c these things were $20 a pop and didnt do as good of a job as my worn out ones. i figured, there was something wrong with my g35 so i tried it on my friends g35 sedan (same year 2006) and the same happened on his vehicle.
the only conclusion i can come up with is there isnt enough pressure being pushed down on the center of the blade. just wanted to give you guys a heads up before forking out $40 bucks for these things.

guess i'll b sticking with the oem's. Or mayb ill try the new bosch ones. I mean does it matter as long as its a clean wipe? They all seem to last the same. IMO wipers are wipers. Thanks for the review.

It does take time for new blades to properly conform/mold to your windshield. Leave it parked in the sun, making sure the blades are laying as flat as possible with no folds. The fit should get better.

I bought these for an accord, buy one get one free rebate, i was very impressed.

I'm not sure about the ones for a g35, i guess it does depend on the length and it's ability to bend along the curve of the window.

I was thinking about getting these for my work truck since the one's I have now are shot. I've got the Valeo Ultimate Wipers on my G and have nothing but good things to say about them. I recommend the valeo's to everyone!

rain X is just a copy cat version of the Valeo wipers. If you use those you will know they are worth every penny.
