Does anyone know what % of Tint the g35 sedan comes in when you buy it? And if i were to retint it, what would be a good %? Thanks!

I don't know what the factory tint is but I have 35% on my Accord all around and it looks good and cops don't bother me.My daughter,on the other hand,has 5%on her Galant and at night she can barely see out and has received several warnings for defective equipment.Any tint shop will have samples for you to decide.If it's too dark your car may look too "ricey",maybe OK for a cheaper car.

I see that you said you have a 35% on your accord...
is that comparable to the tint on the g35?

how much lighter is the G in comparison? alot, or just a bit?

My accord's tint is darker than the G's.My tint is probably 1-2 shades darker.My original tint was 43% according to the technician(it's etched on the windows but not on the G's).I 'd venture to say the G has 45-50%.However I'm not an expert and someone here might know.

I dont think there is a "standard" tint, the dealer will tint it for you if you would like. My G came with no tint, I tinted it after I purchased it (Limo all around)... It looks pretty good... in my opinion.. If your going to tint it may I suggest moving to a non-dye baed tint.

Question: If I tint my leased G will this be a problem at turn-in time?Any experiences? TIA
