i had the day off so i decided to do something special for my significant other...i need to touch-up a couple spots before i put it back on, but everyone likes pics

what kinda prep work was involved? did you sand/primer/paint/clear it or did you just spray it with a black paint?

 

dry sanded w/ 220 grit...then used high heat flat black which was recommended not to use with a primer...wetsanded w/ 500 grit then another coat of black...repeated 1 more time, then it was sprayed with clear...i got a little over zealous on one of the coats of clear...so i'm letting it dry tonight, and will probably be lightly sanded and clearcoated once more

i was considering a ztube/popcharger combo...or i could put that extra 200 towards TT

 

I would wait for that to cure and hit it with some 800G sand paper to clean it up.
