Did seibon make these, I had seen them on a site but with no pictures. Thanks

nope, just the VS front lip for now. I know they had plans to make the sides and rear, but could have slipped through the cracks.

Seibon doesn't make them, However try Burnout KDV they make the best cf side skirts for our cars.
