anybody know what front bumper is that?..it kinda looks like a modified oem with a lip or a modified nismo with a lip

yep its just the regular 06+ sport bumper =) with the Illusion Lip: The only lip for the 06-07 Sport bumper.

no thats a sport OEM bumper

 

klumzyees illusion lip it looks like

 

no actually the 04 with the lip would look way better because it originally made for the 03-06 non sport.its actually not made by klumzyee it it made by KBD in brea all kbd did was take the non sport data lip and modyfy it to fit the sport.. which explains why this lip doesn't fit as well as the non sport version. many ppl sell it so shop around for the best deal as they are all manufacturered the same.
