Tinting my 04 black on black

I used to drive an 02 RSX and had 10% tint on the back and 30% tint on both sides of the windows. I was wondering what % I should get. I was thinking 20% all around, but it's illegal AND it might be too dark. 30% is legal in CA so I might just go with that + my int. is black so it'll be dark enough. I just don't like people seeing inside my car. Suggestions? Maybe even where I should tint would be great. Located in SOCAL area (Irvine)

FYI:
here in CA, NO tint is legal on your FRONT windows, or your WINDSHIELD.
So ANY tint on those windows runs you a risk.

I have 20% tint all around, and have been pulled over 3x in L.A. for tint and/or plates. Never ticketed on my tint, but every time they call me on it, and just go 'well, you COULD get a ticket for this...'

But i suggest 20% all around, looks clean, and is dark enough to keep sun out. At night, it is a little hard to see out of though.

my 2 cents.

x2, 20% all around. I have 20% on mine and it looks good, havent been pulled over yet for it either and hopefully it stays that way.

As long as 70% of light can be transmitted through the front windows, you are good to go. 20% all around is good
