Agreeing with what everyone is saying about 20%...definitely can't go wrong and visibility is still good. Definitely happy with my 20%, originally thought it was too dark but it's perfect for me.
20% isn't a problem at night. My dad had a car when I was in high school which had darker tint...5%? Anyway I pulled out onto a road one time and almost got hit as the tint distorted the headlights of the oncoming car, making me think it was farther away. Be careful, whichever you get.
Hello all! I'm a new member and owner of an '03 G35 DG. Regarding the tint issue, after the tint job, do you guys notice any imperfections, such as tiny, isolated clear bubbles or dust particles? I recently got the G tinted by a well known company and since I am quite picky, upon close inspection, I noticed the mentioned imperfections. Does anyone inspect their tint work that closely? Thanks for your replies.
Tinting the windshield is retarded, and there's NO WAY you're getting out of a ticket at that point. Some cops will let you go for driver and passenger windows, but if you're dumb enough to tint the front, they'll nail you.
^you dont know how cops are down here in miami, so dont claim it to be RETARDED, i see at least 10 cars a day with limo tints down here,
and i've CRUISED next to countless cops, so dont make a claim like that
when you dont know how things are on the other side of the country

Go with whatever is legal. Keeps the cops off your back. It's nice to have dark tint, It hard to see at night. Our tint shop guarantees our tint for lifetime as long as it's legal shade.
^how much difference is there on the windshield compared to stock? i have
5% and you can see inside if you look from the back 3/4 view to the front,
the windshield is letting in 100% of the light, so it takes away from the limos,
is the windshield bad at night or not even noticeable?
