I called the infiniti dealership and they quoted me about 700 bucks for a oem black spoiler installed.

The guy then said he could get me an aftermarket one for cheaper. I told him I wasnt interested in aftermarket b/c I heard they have ****ty quality. He went on to tell me that these spoilers are better quality than oem. I asked why? He said b/c they hold on better and have a better way of installing. He told me to check them out at yocar.com, which is where they get them from.

I went to yocar.com and saw the rediculous price of 995 for a spoiler. Infiniti said they can install the yocar spoiler for about 500.

What should I do? Anybody got any experience w/ those yocar.com spoilers? It does seem like they might be better quality spoiler based on the price. But then again, price doesnt always determine quality. Im stuck, I just want good quality and I dont mind paying the extra 200 bucks.

Also, its hard to trust the dealership b/c they are always after the money. He did say that he would make more profit from the yocar spoiler than the oem. At least he was honest in that respect.

My feeling is that no one really knows about those yocar spoilers.

 

i've never heard of yocar.com

but try the spoilerdepot.com oem replicas. i've heard good things about those.

 

awww....forget it. I just bought the oem spoiler from everythingg35.com They are having $5 shipping, also added the alum pedal kit, floor mats, and touch up paint.

My local infiniti dealership charges $200 bucks to have the spoiler installed so I am just going to take it to them.
