They are. I purchased my carbon lip from them.

 

Use caution when purchasing from UTR. They do not stand by their products. I have purchased cf door sills and titanium radiator plate from these guys and had issues with both of them. The actual weave under the gelcoat was messed up pretty bad on one of the sills and the radiator plate was aesthetically ruined after the first car wash. These items were purchased at seperate times btw. It took me a month of PMs and email to even get a response from them regarding the sills only for them to tell me I waited to long to contact them but my first pm was within a week of receiving them but they acted like I waited a month to bring up anything. By the end of it, constantly demanding a response he gives me the option of purchasing another set for a discount (150+) 3 months later. In between all this I was so frustrated I just asked to buy one (instead of him helping me out) but he would only sell me a set. As far as the radiator plate goes I have pmed them, and emailed them and have yet to get a response (this was more than a month ago)

Dont give them the business, they dont deserve it..
