How to get sponsored?
Anyone here sponsored? I've heard about free sponsorships for audio systems and body kits, and just wondering if they are legit. I've heard things like you can just wear the sponsor's shirts and hand out flyers...etc. Just wondered if anyone is or has been before, good or bad sides of it and any recommendations would be appreciated.

Carsponsorships.com really does work! Im not sponsored by them but I know couple of friends who got sponsored by different company helped by carsponsorships.com.
Otherwise, you really gotta have a New car like G37. Still fresh on the scene. Or you gotta show them off how your car is worth. You gotta put more stuff in it and in the long run you'll get your money back.
You also need proposals. You need to tell em about your car, your plan and how pretty much you can help them promote their brand. Lots to know, search it up too..
I'm still learning too... And it takes lots of time so be patient!

spend lots and lots of $$$ and then later on down the line, they throw small stuff at you while they ask that you put a huge sticker on your car.
I think unless you're really dedicated to your car and keep it in tip top shape, it's not worth it. Don't get me wrong, I know plenty of daily drivers sponsered, but for me, it just wasn't worth all the hassle. Having to attend a certain amount of shows per year and all that stuff. If you can do it, more power to you.
good luck!

if you're people friendly walking around and talking to vendors will do you alot at a car show lol..
or if you have a hot car and actually stay with it at a show works too =P
but the most effective way is to come up with a proposal and give them a good enough reason to interview you and check out the car (usually you'll talk to the marketing guy) and yeah..
BIG BIG BIG + if you're in so cal lol
