sometimes when i unlock the car, the gas pump thing opens? whats the deal...
i have an 03 model, is this a common problem? can i stop it?

 

That probably happens because you've tried to open the gas cover when the doors were locked. It didn't fully open (because it was locked) but it did unlatch. Then when you unlocked the doors the gas cover, which was already unlatched, became unlocked too and opened.

Make sense?
