Alright guys, I just talked to Charge Speed USA and have some information:
It turns out the lip fits 03-07. One lip, all 5 years.
Whoever said the price of the full kit was ~$1,300 or whatever they said is incorrect. The MSRP of the full kit in carbon fiber is $1,780.
The front lip in carbon is $650, frp is $480.
Shipping for the front lip is $115 for business and $165 residential.
I have been authorized to give 15% off for orders of 10 or more.

yea, that doesnt sound right. both lips are clearly different.
now if they have the same mounting points i can see them possibly bolting on, but in no way will they fit both bumpers. look how the 06 sport bumper lip molds around the curves in the bumper, and the other one is just basically flat.

You guys are right. One is called Zenki and the other Kouki. Let me see what the guys at CS say.

anyone have pics of this lip from different angles or pic of the other lip on an 03/04 bumper
in this pic, you can see that it doesn't really go down that low. actually looks like it lines up with the oem sideskirts.
