Need help on which silver to paint my car
I need to respray my car and being the cheap bastard that I am, I don't want to do a color change because quite frankly I don't want to pay to drop the engine again. I'm going to stay with the silver/cf theme, but since I have to respray my sides and bumpers (hood, roof, trunk will be cf) I thought I would change the silver up a little without having to worry about my engine bay matching. The silver engine bay doesn't really match the silver paint anyway
Which one do you like best?
I know they look very similar, but there are slight differences that stand out between all of them. Right now I'm leaning towards the Ferrari titanium silver.
1. Ferrari "Argento Titano" translated as "Titanium Silver." A bright, shiny, metallic silver color. Named for the space-age metal alloy used in many racing applications.

2. Rolls Royce "silver"

3. Lambo Silver

4. Mercedes Silver

i like the lambo silver, but it might be because of the post-processing in the photo... definitely NOT rolls royce!
whichever one you choose, maybe you should add a pearl or flake effect... a tinge of blue so that it sparkles in the sun?

I don't think anyone is going to be able to tell its different from the OEM silver, they all look the same. Should just keep things simple and respray in the stock colors so you don't have to paint jams, trunks, and engine bay surrounds again

+1 keep it simple.. its like changing Laser Red to Ferrari Red.. no point just going to screw up the door jams, trunk bay, roof (sunroof)..
bring it back to OEM =)
But if you must do the LAMBO Silver..
1. RR silver is bleh.. and they have like 4,000 colors and probably 500 are silver so why do something thats no ones going to be able to match
2. MBZ silver.. WHYYY? how many silver benzs do you see.. do you really want to pull up between a ML and a C Class rocking the same color ._.
3. Ferrari Silver is kinda plain (duno about the enzo one - i didnt even know they made silver enzos) but the regular silver on a ferrari is o.o and its alot darker then our Gs silver so your engine is not going to match at all

the thing is, I need to repaint my jams anyways because the paint it off from when I had the accident (don't ask...long story). I want a silver with more depth than the oem one. Any other recomendations?

+1 - If you painted a Ferrari with Infiniti Brilliant Silver, it would look awesome. It's the body shape that makes the colour stand out. If it's silver you are after, make it easy on yourself - use the Infiniti colours.
