Does this look like DG to you?






The reason I'm asking is cause a friend of mine got into an accident and bought this bumper off ebay:

I'm prety sure its not any color and needs to be sanded/primered/painted but just wanna check with you guys.

Any help would be great! Thanks.

It is DG, looks pretty rough though. Should get it painted either way.
