The front spoiler, the lip spoiler is what reduces the Cd to .28, what is in the picture is not the lip spoiler. I have the lip spoiler.

no no. the lip spoiler that you have to buy is the chin spoiler it doesnt do anything aerodynamically. that black plastic piece is the aero kit.

not all Gs have them. and no lowering the car doesnt do the same thing. the lip essentially moves the air from the front all the way around the side of the car instead of directly under it and go through the underbody creating lift and drag.

the chin spoiler looks nice anyway :P

I have never seen a G without one, unless it was removed (I removed mine).

I have a BASE model G. That means I got NO OPTIONS whatsoever (no Aero Kit), but I did have this piece on my car.

I don't believe this is a part of the Aero Kit.

That part is standard on all G35 Coupes... It comes only with some bumpers on the sedan and only available with some bumpers on the sedan... The 350Z it only comes with the aero package or on track models...

is it required, no... does it help with drag / lift, yes but you probably wont notice till around 100 MPH etc...

is it expensive, yes...
