OEM 03-05 Trunk Spoiler. HELP me please

I was wondering if I need to drill holes into my trunk to install the OEM spoiler.

I'm thinking about buying one locally but debating if I should keep my spoiler holes-free (assuming its required) and trade it w/ some1 that has trunk +spoiler, or just getting a separate spoiler and installing it myself.

and Just wondering, is this OEM spoiler??
lol. I can't really tell b/c its not on the car.

if your buying one make sure it is OEM the cheap replica's on EbAy have dimmer l.e.d's and the holes dont line up very well
