Thank God this forum is back up and running, I have a question that has been hurting my brain for over a week now. I just bought my NISMO front bumper and rear diffuser last week and now im trying to figure out which side skirts to get.

1.) Greddy
2.) Nismo
3.) Charge Speed
4.) impul
5.) INGS +1

BTW, I also will be ordering Axis Pentas and Tien Basic coilovers.. if that makes a difference at all.

I think Nismo looks right at home without any sides.

But if you are putting some sides then make sure they are as high as they come.

Nismo is not a very low bumper.

 

impul, search savefatkids' pics, he has the nismo with impul sides and it looks way better than the OEM sides

 

I agree. Impul are the best match. But still. It is quite noticeable that Nismo is higher then the Impul sides.

 

Joker, can you post a side pic of your car like that?? so I can see how it looks.

With a drop looks so much better.

As much as I don't like the original sides. I don't think I'm gonna like aftermarket any better.

Its only lower where it flares down like the OEM splashguards. Its the same way with the OEM bumper and splashguards but I never hear anyone complain

The big difference with the nismo and OEM sides is not the side profile view, but when you look at it from a 3/4 angle. Since the OEM sideskirts are so round, it doesn't match with the flare on the nismo bumper like in this pic of yours

The front looks alot lower than the sides because of the flare IMO compared to this 3/4 profile which doesn't make the nismo look higher than the impul

Just my opinion though. Nismo+stock sides=good, nismo+impul=better
