how do i take the stock grill out ??

no im thinking the body shop did something when i had my 06 sport bumper installed...

You have to use a screwdriver! At the very top right and left hand of the grill there is this thing that you have to twist with your screwdriver to pull it out. You may need a flashlight to shine into the top corners and you will see what I mean. You need to twist with some force so that grill may be released. Putting it back is also a PITA.
