my parents have the blue tint on their mercedes, and it isn't dark at all... not sure what it would look like with dark tint over it. on my old audi, the factory tint was purple, and when I put dark tint over it, there was a nice effect. dark from most angles, and also a purple effect at certain angles

im not interested in very dark tint as i used to have this on all my old cars and i think its a little played out (sorry to everyone that has dark tint)......i could always go with the 35% blue, but that might be askin po po to pull me over every time i get on the road

I've seen one done LIGHTLY i think he did a 60% all around.. gave it a unique factory look.. IMO very nice.. but you may want to go darker cause I dont think it did anything but look cool =P

IMO looks better on light interior.. IP with white interior + 60% blue.. not bad.. That johnson film is alright.. its not as developed as their standard film but still holds up pretty well.. if you're in socal give me a PM i can refer you to an excellent tinter carrying johnson products.

Unfortunately im in Philly area......the 2 products available to me are in a 35%or 50%.......and i have the IP and stone interior.....i am going for something that keeps it very classy looking, but slightly differnent from stock at the same tim and from what i have been told, the mercedes stock blue windows would be equal to the 50%.....

no they're lighter then that I can assure you (I deal with mercedes EVERYDAY) my customer with the blue tint at 60% was way bluer then any of our benzes.. you'll need around 70% to match the Mercedes but the 60% looks sweet with white interior on his IP..

Trust me it'll be an awesome match.. another good combo would be
1. blu tint
2. eye lids
3. blue overlay on the front head lamps
4. silver rims =P

BlackoutG's blue tint looks terrible... too dark.

Klumzyee is right - my Mom has a CLK 500 and it is a very slight blue tint on the windows, nothing near as dark as BlackoutG's.
